Take
Back the Reins (TBTR) is the exciting initiative - supported by HOOF
and Sport England - launched in 2011 it is
designed to encourage new, 'returner' and existing adult riders to enjoy a unique
combination of equestrian instruction and mentoring. If you have been out of the
saddle for a while or want to get fit in 2013 and are sick of the gym, try our
Take Back the Reins sessions.
A
new daytime Take Back the Reins course will
start
Sunday 16th June at 3pm
The course
is 7 weeks of 2 hourly sessions which includes an
hours riding.
Course fee is £210.
Missed lessons can be taken on another/later course.

A
newtime daytime course is being considered and details of names, contact details
and day most suitable are now now being taken. Anyone inteerested should phone
the yard on 0208 530 4648 Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday and ask to speak
to Chris.
We are currently
trying to start an evening Take Back the Reins
course and anyone interested in an evening course is invited to contact us by
phone or email (contact@aldersbrookriding.co.uk) to let us know what evenings
they are available and from what time they will be available.
It is possible
that other courses may be started on other days if we have sufficient interest
so please do not hesitate to let us know if you are interested. The programme
aims to give you the confidence and support required to get back into the saddle.
Each session is 2 hours and will cover handling and grooming, riding lesson and
confidence building and will finish with a cup of tea/coffee, a cake/snack and
a chat.
